Back again with more yarn braid hairstyles. I have at least 3 for you guys and I am currently working on doing a video on how I do the styles for them (Some people have asked). As soon as it is finished I will post it here.

Protective Style

Here is my protective style for last week. It's my usual style that I wear but it took me 2 hours to achieve. Why? Because I was doing all sorta other things as well (lmao).

Please pay no attention to my face. I had just woken up and I had not put anything on my face so please ignore any "yampe" in my eye.

So here is my variation on the regular fishtail. I decided to give it a little swoop and my crochet flower.

Here are pics of my fishtail yarn braid style. It is very simple because you use sections and criss cross them as you go to create this.

 

Yarn Braids- Braided bun

So, I was coming down to the last days of having these braids in my hair so I thought that I should try and at least post 1 more style for these braids.

I put 2 braids on either side of my head, joined them in the back with a scrunchie and tucked in as many strays as I could (obviously not enough).

So this consists of my normal fishtail hair style with a little swooped bang. Not much to say about this style but it's quick and versatile for either day or night.

Weekly Hairstyle- Finger coils

Well Hello all

This weeks style is finger coils with some flat twist thrown in to break it up some

What did I use?
I used Alikay  Naturals Aloe Berry Styling gel for the curls and the flat twists as well as a sample of Pooka's Shea and Olive curl butter that I received in my curl kit. To start my hair was sectioned off. Then I dampened my hair with water (Please do not soak the hair until it is dripping) and used Pooka as my moisturizer and finger combed it through. Please not this style did not require a comb aside from the flat twist section. I then used a dab of the gel on each coil section.

Hope this helps. I will check back in the show how my coils look by Wednesday. So far I do not require much is the way of coil refreshing besides I slight spray from my spray bottle since my hair is so tightly coiled.
